Woodworking Project ~ January 25, 2006

Have you ever been in a classroom with 24 first-graders all hammering at the same time? Well, here's your chance to see what that was like! Good thing you won't be able to HEAR what that was like! Two very friendly and helpful employees from Lowe's Home Improvement Center came to our classroom to help us make our very own Tic Tac Toe gameboards. Many thanks to those two folks and to the many brave parents and Instructional Assistants who came to help us, too. Sit back, relax and enjoy the following 47 woodworking photos.

Now we can play the game at home with our friends and family. Plus, we get to keep our goggles and aprons! Thanks, Lowe's!
Parents, Lowe's does free weekend woodworking workshops for kids. They have lots of projects, so give them a call to get the details.
